ASSET LIQUIDATION
- Hy-Tek will do a complete inventory and appraisal of all fixed assets.
- Cost for all dismantling will be provided as well as a timeline to which Hy-Tek will strictly adhere.
- All scrap material will be removed from property and properly disposed.
- Pricing will be applied to all fixed assets based on current market conditions
- Marketing plan will be developed to liquidate equipment at highest possible value
- Hy-Tek to coordinate all shipment and disposal of fixed assets
- All floor anchors will be level with concrete surface
- Hy-Tek will perform walk through and take care of punch list items.
- Other issues that may develop will be handled on an individual basis.
DISCOVERY PHASE
- Hy-Tek will identify and sort all commercially fixed assets into a spreadsheet along with digital photos where practical.
- Hy-Tek will provide on estimated asset resale value.
IMPLEMENTATION PHASE
- Hy-Tek will generate a detailed project management Gantt Chart identifying key action items and milestones.
- Hy-Tek will create professional marketing materials for use in enhancing the sales process.
- Hy-Tek will identify auctioneers, wholesalers, resellers, and end users for marketing of assets.
- Hy-Tek will reach these markets through a multi-faceted sales and marketing approach.
- Hy-Tek will project manage the dismantling, disposal, resale efforts, time sheets, revenue logs, shipping, return of building to retail-ready condition (within reason), final punch list, and communication with assigned project manager / contact.
